RRRescue pre-adoption questionnaire

The following questionnaire is purely for information purposes and does not imply certainty that the requested dog will be adopted.

Before finalising any adoption, it is customary to get to know the adopter better. Like you, animal welfare is important to us, and by following these procedures, both parties will have a clearer understanding of each other’s expectations and the dog will be better protected. The procedure involves filling out a questionnaire, getting to know each other over the phone, and meeting in person. All of these steps are purely informational, with the aim of evaluating the adoption. The final step is signing the adoption form and delivering the dog to the adopter.
